These terms cover your use of The Late Window, an email newsletter about the NFL for readers in the UK and Europe, operated under the trading name The Late Window ("we", "us", "our") — the same name registered with our payment provider. Subscribing means you accept these terms. They're short — please read them.

The product

The Late Window is a digest: we summarise publicly reported results, news and commentary, with our own framing for a European audience. It is entertainment and information, not betting, financial or professional advice.

Free and paid subscriptions

The free tier includes the issues we choose to send to all subscribers.
The season pass is a one-time payment (price shown at checkout) covering weekly issues from Week 1 of the NFL season through the Super Bowl.
A monthly subscription is also available (price shown at checkout); it renews monthly until you cancel.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, the payment provider named at checkout. Their checkout terms apply to the transaction, and your receipt will come from them.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time; your access continues to the end of the paid period, and you won't be billed again.
If your first paid issue disappoints, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
Billing issues are handled through the payment provider, and consumer rights you have under UK or EU law are unaffected by these terms.

Fair use

Paid issues are for your personal use. Forwarding one to a friend now and then is fine — that's how newsletters grow. Republishing issues or systematically redistributing them isn't.

Accuracy

We verify what we publish and correct mistakes prominently in the next issue. Even so, we can't guarantee every detail is error-free, and we aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of a newsletter about American football.

Independence

The Late Window is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League or any NFL team. Team and player names are used for identification only.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll say so in the newsletter before the change takes effect.
